Registering a child/young person

Our eligibility criteria is that children should be aged between 6 and 18 years. We accept referrals from within Worcestershire and surrounding counties.

What happens next?

We recommend that you visit New Hope to discuss your child's needs, view the centre and fill in a registration form to assist in making your child's time at New Hope successful. During this visit any additional forms needed (e.g. if your child requires medication whilst with us or has a medical condition such as epilepsy) can be completed and discussed also.
