Registering a child/young person

Our eligibility criteria is that children should be aged between 6 and 19 years and that they should have a statement of educational need or be in the process of being assessed either by the social care team or within the educational psychology team. We accept referrals from within Worcestershire.

Once we have received your referral we aim to get in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss the child’s/young person’s support needs and ask you to complete our registration form and return it to New Hope. A home visit to dicuss the needs of the child would be the third and final stage of the process.
